NOTE: The first two classes of Fit for Success below are optional. Note the topic listings below the audio to get an idea of what is covered. Some of the material may be familiar to an advanced student of EFT. However, there are some good reasons to listen to them:
- besides reviewing EFT basics, they offer new information and techniques, as well as helpful insights into energy healing and success
- if you want to teach EFT and similar subjects, you have a model on how to do it.
